Summer 2007	Hassan Sadek	This project involved bioperl. The aim of this project was to create a Restriction Analysis Tool. Restriction Analysis tools find restriction sites in nucleotide sequences using over 1000 enzymes from a restriction enzyme database, usually REBASE.
